What is the Turkish Visa?
If you’re a citizen of Saudi Arabia, you now have another opportunity to visit Turkey visa-free. The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a new website where citizens can apply for a visa online. The website is available in Arabic and Turkish, and requires users to provide their passport number, national ID number, and the name of the intended destination country. Applications are accepted from October 1 through December 31 each year, and applicants will receive a confirmation email once their application is processed. Citizens of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates are also eligible to apply for a Turkish visa through this website.
How to Apply for a Turkish Visa
If you are a citizen of Saudi Arabia, and you are looking to visit Turkey, now is the time to apply for a Turkish visa online!
First, you will need to create an account with the Turkish Embassy or consulate in your home country. Once you have created your account, log in and navigate to the “Visa Services” section. From here, you will be able to access the online Turkish visa application form.
To complete the application form, you will need to provide some basic information about yourself. First and foremost, you will need to provide your full name (including any middle or maiden names), date of birth, passport number, and entry/exit stamps from your passport. You will also need to list any aliases or nicknames that you may use and indicate whether or not you have any criminal records. Requirements for a Turkish Visa
To obtain a visa to enter Turkey, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-Valid passport with at least six months remaining validity
-A visa application form completed in full
-Two passport photos taken against a light background
-A bank statement showing an available funds of no less than USD300 (or equivalent) per applicant in case of visa refusal
-Proof of hotel reservation in Turkey if intending to stay more than three days
-Proof of transport tickets to and from Turkey if intending to stay more than three days

Previously, Saudis had to go to the Turkish embassy or consulate in their home country and fill out an application form. Now, all you need to do is visit turkishvisa.com and complete the online application form. The website will then generate a visa request letter for you to send to the Turkish embassy or consulate. The processing time for a Turkish visa depends on your nationality and the validity of your passport. Generally, it takes around two weeks for a visa to be issued, but this time can vary depending on the embassy or consulate where you are applying from. Duration of a Turkish Visa
Turkish visa duration is usually three months for tourist visas, six months for business visas, and one year for residence permits.
